    Perhaps some additional information:I have a hardcover edition not listed above. Black cloth & silver lettering. No dust jacket – but one was supposedly done by Bill Botten. This is marked: “This edition published 1973 by David Bruce and Watson Ltd.”

    Contents are identical to those listed above.
